Episode 3 - Trust
Learning to trust one another and be able to resolve upsets is characteristic of this stage. People do learn to share power and start to appreciate each other’s unique gifts and abilities. However, resolving these issues is usually for the benefit of the individual and not the relationship as a whole. There is still an element of ‘what’s in it for me?” versus what can we create and take from the relationship? Co-operating can be confused with unhealthy behaviour such as avoiding conflict to ‘keep the peace’.

Goodtherapy.com.au
http://www.goodtherapy.com.au

A Resource for Self awareness and Social responsibility: Good Therapy Australia is an integrity-based company, dedicated to making good therapy more accessible, enabling Australians to find the best possible support for awakening awareness, creativity and responsibility. We believe our attitudes and actions as individuals foreshadow the health and wellbeing of our communities - locally and globally - and that limiting one's world to one's self has never been a sustainable option. Paradoxically, taking responsibility for one's self is the most profound and effective way of making a positive contribution. Good Therapy provides a place for Australians to learn about therapy, explore what good therapy means for them personally, and make connections with the people in their community who practice therapy.
